Streaming services have changed the way television and movies are watched. The days when commercial viewing was mandatory is of the past. The tale of growing up and finding your place in the world. Friends tells the story of five young adults trying to navigate their way through adult life in New York City. With laughs and hard roads along the way, this show still provides relatable laughs for all generations.

5. I Love Lucy
With Lucile Ball in the title role, this show has provided laughs not only to past audiences, but current ones as well. This black and white sitcom follows Lucy and her husband into uniquely hilarious situations that only Lucy could find her way into.

6. Rocky
A 1976 film about an American boxer who fights his way to being the best. Rocky is a classic underdog tale that resonates with viewers. Rocky proves that even if you feel as if you’re going nowhere, if you work hard enough, you will succeed.

7. Bambi
The film that has taught generations the pain of loss. Bambi is about a young fawn whose mother is killed in the forest. He must then grow up and navigate life on his own with the help of the other creatures in the forest.

8. Goodfellas
A wild mafia story, Goodfellas is based on the book, Wiseguy by Nicholas Pileggi. The movie follows a young man grows up in the mob and works his way through the ranks while battling newfound wealth, addiction, and police.

7. Sleeping Beauty
Cursed by Maleficent, young sleeping beauty (Aurora) is sent into hiding with help from the good fairies. As she grows up in the forest, she begins to dream and wonder what her life could be like. When Maleficent finds her again, Aurora is placed under a deep spell until the prince finds and releases her from the spell with a kiss.
